MEETINGS, DRINKS or a PARTY at P.KING?

The first floor of bar-restaurant P. KING offers spacious accommodation for up to 80 people. It is suitable for meetings, presentations, drink-parties, lunches and dinners. The floor has its own bar and for a seated lunch or dinner 40 seats are available.

We offer daytime rents and evening bookings.

1. Daytime rents:

Monday to Wednesday inclusive: halfday-rents from 09.30 – 13.00 and from 13.00 – 17.00
Thursday and Friday: halfday-rents from 09.30 – 13.00

Cost: 175.00 Euro ex. V.A.T. per halfday

Rental is always combined with an arrangement. We offer the following:

Breakfast Arrangement 8.50 euro p.p.

~ Coffee/tea/milk
~ Croissant with jam and butter
~ Fresh orange juice

Arrangement 1: 15 euro p.p.

~ Coffee/tea/soft drink
~ Second round of coffee/tea/soft drink and milk
~ 2 rolls per person

Arrangement 2: 19.50 euro p.p.

~ Coffee/tea/soft drink and muffin
~ Second round of coffee/tea/soft drink/milk and fresh orange juice
~ Soup and one roll per person

Arrangement 3: 24.50 euro p.p.

~ Coffee/tea/soft drink and muffin
~ Second round of coffee/tea/soft drink/milk and fresh orange juice
~ Soup and two rolls per person

Arrangements can also be made up in mutual agreement.

Extra's:
Bottles of water to be ordered separately
Beamer and screen can be rented through us
Flipchart and felt-tips available at a small charge

2. Evening bookings.

Apart from Friday evenings our first floor is available each night from 18.00 pm. In the evenings we do not work with a fixed rent but charge a basic rate according to the number of people present.
For up to 30 people we charge a minimum rate of € 450.-
From 30 people upwards we charge a minimum rate of € 850.-
On a Thursday we always charge a minimum turnover rate of € 750,-
Staff and cleaning are included in the price.
Snacks can be provided for.

A music installation is at your disposal, but you can also bring your own music (i-pod). With a view to noise pollution a dj-set is prohibited.

General conditions:

Minimal package cost are laid down in price list. Minimal rates are based on the number of guests. In case of big differences extra cost may be charged.
Food and drink is included in the minimal rate.
In case of not reaching the minimal rate the difference is accumulated to the rent.
An optional date can be booked free of charge and is valid for two weeks. We ask you to inform us as soon as possible in case of cancellation.
All arrangements made with us are confirmed in a party-sheet (number of guests, snacks etc.).
In case of cancellation after confirmation of the booking a charge of 50% will be administered.

Payment:
At the end of the party the bill is to be signed. We prefer pin payments, however, we can also send you the bill. Payment is required within two weeks.
